BULK BEEF ORDERS
Approximately 210 pounds of healthy, natural grass-finished beef. Cut to your preference and ready for your freezer. A $400.00 deposit is required and balance will be collected once the meat is in your hands.
(proceeding through checkout will put you on our list and we will contact you to receive a deposit by e-transfer)
$7.75/pound of the hanging weight. Approximate Total $2700. Price includes all butchering fees. Excluding extras: jerky, smoking etc.
The deposit will secure your spot in the butcher schedule. Calendar placement priority is on a first come first serve basis. We typically butcher from mid July through September. If you have a timing preference or any other specific requests please put them in the comment section at checkout.
We will update you as your butcher date approaches. The beef will be ready for pick-up 3 to 4 weeks after we bring it in on butcher day. The beef needs to go directly from the butcher shop to your freezer and typically they need it out of their shop in a timely manner. Please have your freezer ready and try to have a flexible schedule to help this process go smoothly. We will arrange any pick-up or delivery details at that time.
