Approximately 100 pounds of healthy, natural grass-finished beef. Cut to Fishburn's Standard cutting order which includes a variety of all the best steaks and roasts as well as lots of top quality ground beef and stew meat. Packaged and ready for your freezer. A $200.00 deposit is required and the balance will be collected once the meat is in your hands.

$8.00/pound of the hanging weight. Approximate Total $1400. Price includes all butchering fees.
The deposit will secure your spot in the butcher schedule. Calendar placement priority is on a first come first serve basis. We typically butcher from mid July through September. If you have a timing preference or any other specific requests please put them in the comment section at checkout.
We will update you as your butcher date approaches. The beef will be ready for pick-up 3 to 4 weeks after we bring it in on butcher day. The beef needs to go directly from the butcher shop to your freezer and typically they need it out of their shop in a timely manner. Please have your freezer ready and try to have a flexible schedule to help this process go smoothly. We will arrange any pick-up or delivery details at that time.
